The Install Doctors Bulletin Boards Legal Agreement GENERAL This agreement governs your use of The Install Doctors Bulletin Board ("bulletin board") which is operated by The Install Doctor. The Install Doctor reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the bulletin boards. Your continued use of the bulletin boards constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by The Install Doctor as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the bulletin boards. USE OF CONTENT You acknowledge that the bulletin boards contain information and other material (collectively, the "content") that are protected by copyright (C), trademark (TM), sales marks (SM), or other proprietary rights of The Install Doctor or third parties. All content in the bulletin boards is copyrighted as a collective work of The Install Doctor pursuant to applicable copyright laws. You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content on or accessed through the bulletin boards. You may post on the bulletin boards any content owned by you (such as your original statements), content which you have received express permission from the owner, and content in the public domain (collectively, "user content") and you assume all risk for determining whether any such user content is in the public domain. You grant to The Install Doctor the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium, any user content that you place on the bulletin boards, without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all rights set forth in the preceding sentence. You man not advertise or solicit your own goods or services on the bulletin boards. RULES OF CONDUCT You shall not post on the bulletin boards any user content which is
a)	libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening
b)	contains viruses or other contaminating or destructive features
c)	violates the rights of others, such as user content which infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other intellectual property right or which violates any right of privacy or publicity
d)	violates any laws regarding unfair competition
e)	otherwise violates any applicable law
You shall not use the bulletin boards for any commercial purpose or to distribute any advertising or solicitation of funds or goods. MANAGING BULLETIN BOARD CONTENT The Install Doctor is not responsible for and assumes no liability with respect to the content posted by users on the bulletin boards. The Install Doctor reserves the right to delete, or edit any content that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates the Agreement or is otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for all user content. NO ENDORSEMENT OF CONTENT The Install Doctor does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted in any bulletin board and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. Any content placed in any bulletin board by users are the views of the user posting the statement, and do not represent the views of The Install Doctor. The bulletin boards may contain links to sites on the internet which are owned and operated by third parties ("external sites"). References to third parties or other businesses/corporations, their services and products, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Install Doctor makes no representation whatsoever about any other web site to which you may have access through the bulletin board. When you access a non Install Doctor web site, you do so at your own risk and The Install Doctor is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice, or statements made on these sites or for the quality of any products or services available on such sites. The inclusion on such links does not imply that The Install Doctor endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or uses of such web sites. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Install Doctor, its agents, its directors, and its owners harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incurred by any party of The Install Doctor in connection with any use or alleged use of the bulletin board under your password by any person, whether or not authorized by you. USE AND PROTECTIONS OF YOUR ACCOUNT NAME/NUMBER AND PASSWORD You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name/number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO BULLETIN BOARDS The Install Doctor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the bulletin boards at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. The Install Doctor may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the bulletin boards at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability. POSTING OF PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION It is at your sole discretion to post personal information to the bulletin boards. By posting this information, you have deemed this information not to be confidential. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS I am authorized to, and do, agree to the terms and conditions of The Install Doctor Bulletin Board Legal Agreement.
